Rod Tallowin - Barefoot Warrior - Leadership Trainer

Rod Tallowin (The Barefoot Warrior)
The first years of Rod's working life were spent with a medical engineering company moving up the ladder to become Finance Director and then Operations Director. After 22 years with this company he then moved on to become Managing Director of an IT company to expand his increasing interest in the world of IT. After making significant developments to that company he turned his skills to business consultancy, becoming a "hired gun" to troubleshoot problem businesses and also providing some specialist management training.

Over his career many colleagues and clients had commented on his effective leadership style and Rod then turned his attention to understanding what made effective leaders, becoming an NLP Practitioner, and subsequently providing leadership coaching and training. He now provides one to one leadership coaching and a comprehensive, fully structured leadership training programme.

He has recently extended that leadership training to combine his knowledge and skills in business, leadership, NLP and website development to teach businesses how copy needs to be written for their websites to both properly attract visitors and turn those visitors into customers.

Another recent addition to the stable of coaching/training provided is the provsion of a Workshop on breaking the habit of the Thinking Addiction™, more commonly known as depression.

Susan Osborne - Senior PICT Trainer

Susan Osborne
Susan Osborne has substantial grounding in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and as both a PICT Advanced Practitioner and Senior PICT Trainer she is able to offer her clients an invitation to access resolution to all areas of trauma, abuse and accumulated issues which interfere with everyday functioning. Her extensive skills have been employed by many agencies including the judicial system, where her skills are employed for psychological assessment and police training.

Her main areas of interest are raising the profile in professional standards and, through the provision of training and supervision, ensuring the therapists and students she trains reflect the ethos of Parks Inner Child Therapy (PICT).

Susan's clients can be assured that, just as each person's underlying building blocks (schemas) for life are unique to that person, every client can bring their vulnerabilities and sensitivities into therapy and be met with compassion and resolution. Through the provision of new information and the emphasis on finding solutions, the client finds themselves 'working' and having 'hope' from the first session.

To bring the balance in her life, Susan spends time creating her garden and riding out on her native breed horse across the bridle paths of East Suffolk. Always up for a challenge, Susan brings her vitality to a diverse range of activities that work both her body and her mind.
