These one day events must be paid in full when booking your place online. Please note that once booked there are no refunds.

Payment and deadlines
Payment can be made in two ways:
- The full amount paid online one month prior to course commencement*
- Monthly direct debit instalments (which incur a 5% administration charge). The first direct debit instalment will be due one month prior to the course start and completed by the end of the course.**
* If full payment is being provided by an employer, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure the funding body is fully aware of payment procedure and deadlines and that Penny Parks Training is notified that a funding body is involved.
Students wishing to spilt payment with their employer still need to ensure full course costs are paid up front (by the deadline) to Penny Parks Training and subsequently make separate reimbursement arrangements with their employer.
**The PICT training must be paid in full by completion date. Certification will not be issued until any outstanding monies owed to Penny Parks Training have been paid.
Important Notes:
- Once Module One notes have been issued (3 weeks prior to course start) there will be no refunds given. Therefore any subsequent cancellation by student (or student being withdrawn from course by trainer, whether course fees have been paid up front or are submitted by direct debit) will incur full payment of course fees.
- A refund will be given if a student leaves the training due to evidenced exceptional circumstances (administration fee of £50 due, no refunds for modules already attended - module course notes already received will be considered as a module attended).
- In the event of the course having to be cancelled by the trainer before it commences, an alternative date and venue (and perhaps trainer) will be offered or the student may choose to receive a full refund of monies paid. The trainer and Penny Parks Training Ltd. accept no liability for any consequential or indirect loss.
- In the event of a trainer becoming incapacitated in any way and unable to complete the training, another PICT trainer will be called in.
- Any final decisions regarding a student’s standing on any course will be made by Penny Parks Training Ltd. after consultation with the relevant people. An appeal to that decision can be made to the accrediting body, the National Council of Psychotherapists.
